The annual Rotary Quad Club Remembrance Day Luncheon will be held Wednesday, Nov. 4 at the Barrie Legion at the corner of St. Vincent and Cundles. This replaces our regular Kempenfelt Rotary meeting that week. The event will be held from noon to about 1:30 p.m. with doors opening at 11:30 a.m. The speaker is Kent Smerdon, a retired RCAF pilot, who is leading the effort to establish a Canadian veterans flag. There will be no additional charge for the meal for club members. Guests will be charged $25.
