Sandra Lee


Is the Manager of the Local Immigration Partnership with the County of Simcoe.  Prior to joining the County, Sandra was the Executive Director of ONESTEP, a provincial umbrella organization for employment agencies from 2008-2011.  Earlier in her career, she was the Manager of Government and Employment Programs with Georgian College.  Sandra has a background in sociology, studying at the University of Toronto. 


Morgane Dunot


Is the Project Coordinator of the Local Immigration Partnership, and an immigrant from France.  Morgane first arrived in Canada as an exchange student.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in business from France, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.  Morgane has a passion for human resources, and led a number of local employer initiatives to support the recruitment of international talent for the County.
