June of 2011 Peter was appointed Executive Director of the Barrie Food Bank.

With over 25 years of experience in the not for profit/charity industry, Peter brought with him management and leadership skills, a public relations background, volunteer management skills, fundraising successes and a strong driver to serve others.

Taking on challenges to serve others with passion is Peter's purpose in life and currently close to 2,800 people are served each month at the Barrie Food Bank.
